Chapter Spotlight: Walnut Grove High School Welcomes HOSA in 2025!

Walnut Grove High School is excited to introduce its newest student organization, HOSA! As a newly established chapter, WGHS HOSA is bringing incredible opportunities for students interested in the medical and healthcare fields. Even in its early stages, WGHS HOSA is focused on creating a supportive environment for students to explore their passion for healthcare. Through educational activities, leadership development, and hands-on experiences, members are gaining valuable insights into medical careers. This first chapter is paving the way for the following WGHS HOSA chapters. During the 2024/25 school year, we have supported Barrow County first responders, local retirement communities, celebrated our school nurse (HOSA Week), and provided Christmas gifts for children in need. With enthusiasm and dedication, Walnut Grove High School’s HOSA chapter is eager to make its mark! Whether students dream of becoming doctors, nurses, therapists, or medical researchers, HOSA provides a pathway to success. The future of healthcare starts here at WGHS!
