Chapter Spotlight: Jumpstart January with CITA HOSA

As we enter 2025 CITA HOSA is brimming with new resolve and intense work ethic. Over the course of these last 31 days we have held an m successful hot cocoa fundraiser, taken SQT’s, and taught skills at the nickajack STEAM night! Being our first year holding a Hot cocoa fundraiser we did not expect so much support from our members and advisors as they brought in an abundance of supplies and worked the stand. Through the very cold weeks In January we sold for 4 days and were able to amass a profit to support our members as we go off to slc! Speaking of slc this year due to our intense work ethic I am proud to say CITA HOSA reached a record breaking number of SQT Qualifiers. Even though SQTs were delayed due to some chaotic weather our members remained vigilant in there studies and it has payed off. Last but not least we were able to attend the Nickajack STEAM night and set up a station where kids learned how to preform CPR and use stethoscopes. Altogether as we delve into 2025 at CITA HOSA I can’t wait to see the products of our diligence throughout the year.
