Region Meetings

All region meetings will be from 5pm to 7pm.  Please see the below dates and locations for your particular region.  To find out what region you are in, please see the region map and list of counties by region on the Advisor Resource page.   During the meeting you will be provided light snacks and beverages.

Region 1

The meeting will be held in the WHS Performing Arts Center.  There is a sign directing you to the PAC and there is parking in front and to the left of the facility.

Teachers are to park in the parking area adjacent to the technology builiding.  The parking is located in front of the builing on Roundtree Road. The exact room number is  T- 427. This room is the criminal justice room.

Please park in the front of the school by the flag pole, enter the front door, come to the second hallway  turn left, the meeting will be in the 1st room on the right (media center).  I am planning a few  “refreshments” so come join us.  If you have any difficulty with directions, my cell phone number is 229-263-1627.

Region 5

The Region 5 Meeting will be in the Media Center/Library. When you enter the front entrance of the school it will be straight ahead. I will have a couple of the HOSA officers there to greet and show the teachers to the media center.  Parking is on the side of the school.

Students will advisors from the front door to the library.  You may park in the front circle if there are spaces. The parking lot is on the right as you enter the front gate and is well marked.

Region 7

Advisors can park in front of the school.  When they walk in, they need to walk straight down the hall, and the media center will be on the left.  We will have signs, and I will try to help greet and direct everyone.
