Competitive Events

HOSA's Competitive Events Program brings health careers education to life through rigorous testing of knowledge, performance, skill, and leadership capabilities aimed at developing, encouraging, and recognizing the brightest future health care professionals. HOSA’s competitive events are divided into six (6) different categories which are Health Science Events, Health Professions Events, Emergency Preparedness Events, Leadership Events, Teamwork Events, and Recognition Events.

• CA Portfolio - PBK2002 - $5.00

The pin design and theme contest are Georgia HOSA events and any member can participate in them.  Participation in the event does not affect your ability to participate in the other events in any way.

All members may compete in  any of the listed Recognition Events. Members may also participate in one other competitive event from the other categories (Health Science Events, Health Professions Events, Emergency Preparedness Events, Leadership Events, and Teamwork Events)  The number of competitors per event is unlimited unless otherwise noted by a ** before the event name.
