Fall Leadership Conference
October 15-17, 2010
The Fall Leadership Conference is held during October every year with a purpose to bring all HOSA members together and learn leadership and team building skills. This training is for all HOSA members, not just chapter officers. The state officers, region representatives, board of directors and Georgia HOSA staff cannot wait to see you there!

Tours/Activities in Atlanta
Between the hours of 2pm and 7pm on Friday, October 15, HOSA chapters will have the opportunity to take tours of facilities in the Atlanta area pre-arranged by Georgia HOSA. These will require your own transportation. Several will be within walking distance or accessible by a Marta ride.
In addition, Georgia HOSA has negotiated some group discounts for chapter activities. We will list both tours and activities in this section.

Jimmy Carter Museum Tour
Students 16 or under are free. If they have their id, we give students a discounted price of $6.
President Carter is having a book signing on Wednesday, Oct. 13th. There is no talk by President Carter, it is simply a book signing. If your schedule does not allow that, you may want to order his book through the gift shop (404-865-7131) and have it signed (not personalized) and pick it up on the 16th. Order must be made by Oct 11th.

Shepherd Spinal Center Tour

Shepherd Center is one of the top rehabilitation hospitals in the nation, specializing in medical treatment, research and rehabilitation for people with spinal cord injury or brain injury.

BODIES...The Exhibition
BODIES...The Exhibition features more than 250 real, whole and partial human body specimens providing an up-close look inside the skeletal, muscular, reproductive, respiratory, circulatory and other systems of the human body.
