Strategic Plan
The Georgia HOSA Strategic Plan is reviewed on an annual basis by the Georgia HOSA, Inc. Board of Directors. The purpose of a strategic plan is to identify where our organization plans to be in one to five years and how to measure when we make it there.
By reviewing the goals of the Georgia HOSA, Inc. board of directors in the strategic plan, you'll be able to share our excitement of the future of the organization.
One Year Plan
- Communicate available promotion marketing tools.
- Develop/redesign and implement the Georgia HOSA website.
- Develop and distribute professional brochures that highlight Georgia HOSA only.
- Improve communication among board members by creating secure log-in on the Georgia HOSA website for board sensitive material.
- Increase gender diversity by actively recruiting male members for the Georgia HOSA Board of Directors.
- Fill all vacant board positions.
- Develop brand use guidelines for marketing.
- Host Regional Advisor meetings to promote connections, networking, problem solving, and best practices.
Five Year Plan
- Advocate for legislative support of Georgia HOSA
- Develop and promote the Georgia HOSA Alumni Association.
- Establish a minimum of five active Georgia HOSA chapters at the post-secondary level.
- Develop and implement Competitive Event Skills testing at the regional level.
- Develop and implement a mentorship program for all new Georgia HOSA advisors.
- Enhance and continue to develop the Georgia HOSA Website.
- Promote the use of a formal educational program to develop local community support for Georgia HOSA chapters.
