National Leadership Conference

The highlight of every year for HOSA members is the HOSA National Leadership Conference. The conference is held in June in different cities across the United States.

The HOSA National Leadership Conference includes

Educational and social learning activities
Leadership academies
Tours to healthcare facilities
Exhibits presented by professional healthcare associations
The National Competitive Events program
The annual business of the national student organization of HOSA by the national voting delegates
The Educational Symposium - workshops presented by professional partners that provide Information about current health care issues
An opportunity to meet people from across the United States and Puerto Rico with similar career goals

All registration money for the NLC will come to Georgia HOSA. Georgia HOSA will send one large check for Georgia HOSA's attendance to National HOSA.

Any member or guest can attend the National Leadership Conference. To attend the NLC as a competitor you must place in the top 3 at the State Leadership Conference. If one of the top 3 winners from the SLC cannot attend, 4th and 5th will advance, respectively. We ask that ALL students in the top 5 placements complete an NLC Intentions Form to help expedite this process.

As we receive the NLC Intentions Forms, we'll update the PDF so that students who may have placed 4th or 5th will know if they can attend. Please check for updates to this document regularly.

NLC Travel Coordination

Georgia HOSA partners with the Travel World of Crosby to provide an optional travel package for all Georgia HOSA members attending the NLC. This will be our 5th year working together and all who take advantage of this great package LOVE it! Please see the documents below for more information.
